There are two basic types of companies or brands:
- Product brands.
- Service brands.
Product brands make things — watches, airplanes, Coke.
Service brands provide things — help, repairs or getting you a Coke.
You could think of these company’s services as their product.
At Pattern, we work these types of companies — service brands — in these verticals:
- hospitality and tourism organizations
- museums and cultural attractions
- entertainment venues and stadiums
- nonprofits and charities
- municipal and state agencies
We teach their employees new ways to work together, develop ideas and make decisions — even if they don’t serve Coke.
